If you’re looking for a fitness band that offers a larger screen, the Huawei Band 6 is now official. Huawei Band 6 offers 24/7 SpO2 monitoring and up to 14-day battery life.
The Huawei Band 6 is now official in Malaysia 4 Apr 2021 and unfortunately, there is no release in Singapore yet. We are guessing it should launch in Singapore in Q2 of 2021. At first glance, it looks like a Huawei Watch Fit but the Band 6 costs less than half the price.
Pricing and availability
The Huawei Band 6 is officially priced at RM219 (~SGD $71). The Band 6 will be available on both Malaysia Huawei online store as well as the official Huawei store on Shopee Malaysia. Likewise, you may keep a lookout for Huawei Band 6 release at their official website as well as the official Huawei store on Shopee Singapore.
The Huawei Band 6 comes with a large 1.47″ “FullView” colour AMOLED display that pushes a 194×368 pixels resolution. The screen supports touch interaction and there’s also a physical side button.
On a single charge, it can last up to 14 days on normal use or up to 10 days with heavy use. If you need to recharge quickly, a short 5-minute charge is said to be enough to provide up to 2 days of battery life
The fitness band offers your usual 24 hour heart-rate and sleep tracking along with a total of 96 workout modes. There’s also 24/7 SpO2 monitoring which allows you to keep track of your blood oxygen level and it will notify you if it gets too low.

It connects via Bluetooth 5.0 and it is compatible with both Android (6.0 and above) and iOS (9.0 and above0 devices. Unlike the Watch Fit, the Band 6 doesn’t come with built-in GPS.
