14‑day return for unopened, unused items with original packaging and receipt.
Opened items accepted for exchange/repair only if manufacturer fault is verified. Physical damage or user mishandling not covered.
Warranty repairs/exchanges within 12 months for manufacturing defects (subject to inspection). 6 months for Kindle.
Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the item.
Take photos, keep serial/box, provide description of the issue and contact [email protected] to start a claim.
