Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has launched as the top-end model of the Galaxy S23 series.

Samsung had its first live Galaxy Unpacked event in a while and the highlight of the show has to be this phone. It packs the usuals that you come to expect out of a flagship Android phone like the latest Qualcomm processor, class-leading software update policy, etc. However, there are 5 key areas wherein Samsung has either introduced a new feature or a key improvement has been made on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. 5 KEY FEATURES OF SAMSUNG GALAXY S23 ULTRA

1. CUSTOM SNAPDRAGON 8 GEN 2 SOC

Samsung is using Qualcomm processor for Galaxy S23 Ultra in all of its markets. Not just that, this is a custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy. It is said to bring about 40 percent faster GPU and NPU thanks to this exclusive fine-tuning. The gamers amongst you would love to find that the device supports real-time Ray Tracing and Vapor Cooling Chamber.

2. MORE AND FASTER MEMORY CONFIGURATION
The base variant of Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with 256GB storage. That’s double what the predecessor had. Also, this is of UFS 4.0 standard and offers 2x the sequential read speed and more than 2x the sequential write speed compared to UFS 3.1. Briefly put, it’s a lot faster. What's also faster is the LPDDR5x RAM in this phone. The top trim can go up to 12GB RAM and 1TB storage.

3. 200MP CAMERA WITH IMPROVED NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY

Rear: 200MP+ 10MP (10x periscope telephoto, 100x space zoom)+ 10MP (3x telephoto)+ 12MP (120˚ultrawide)
Front: 12MP

Now the showstopper is that 200MP camera which is massive in terms of megapixel count. It offers a full-res RAW output option and improved low-light photography.

You also get an 8K 30fps video recording option too from the back while the selfie camera sports 4K60 fps.

4. BRIGHTER AMOLED DISPLAY
The front camera sits in a central punch-hole cutout on a 6.8-inch 120Hz QHD+ LTPO 3 AMOLED display with 1750 nits of peak brightness. There is Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on top.

5. A REFINED DESIGN WITH NEW COLOURS

The design of the Galaxy S23 Ultra is quite familiar and resembles a lot like its precursor. However, it comes in multiple new colours, the primary lot being Green (signature colour), Lavender, Cream, and Phantom Black.

Among other things, the Galaxy S23 Ultra also packs in a 5000mAh battery with 45W wired charging, Android 13 with One UI 5.1, 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and IP68 water and dust resistance.
